**1. Custom Product Orders**
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the design has been approved and production has begun. We strongly recommend that you review the design proof carefully before approving it. If you notice any errors or have concerns, please contact us immediately so we can make the necessary corrections.
**2. Defective or Damaged Products**
If your custom pproduct/s arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will require a photo of the damaged or defective product and your invoice number. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost to you.
**3. Incorrect Orders**
If you receive a product that does not match the approved design or order details, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to correct the error and send a replacement at no additional charge.
**4. Cancellation Policy**
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as production has not started. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately. If production has begun, we will be unable to cancel the order, and no refund will be issued.
**5. Refund Process**
If you are eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined above, refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the returned product (if applicable) or confirm the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
**6. Shipping Costs**
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or the incorrect item was shipped. If a replacement sign is required, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
